Teacher Spotlight

The staff members of the Dr. M.L. Garza Gonzalez Charter School take pride in their school and their students and have high expectations for each child. They also receive comprehensive training with at-risk children through extensive staff development and in-service sessions each year.

We have an experienced and dedicated group of teachers and administrators. Each teacher strives to create a supportive and challenging classroom atmosphere to encourage students to participate.

On a regular basis, we would like to recognize outstanding staff members and acknowledge their contribution, hard work, and dedication. This time we would like to acknowledge:

Mr. Daniel Sanchez

Mr. Daniel Sanchez has worked with the district for over 3 years as the History and Middle School homeroom teacher. He is certified in history and he is a very innovative teacher and often devises new ways for students to learn and enjoy his class. He is extremely dedicated to his profession and is a team player. Mr. Sanchez is always willing to put forth the extra effort to improve his instructional content. It is for this reason that we would like to recognize him as our next Teacher in the Spotlight.
